The new Capscium Restaurant, with its unique range of cuisine, is widely held in high esteem and is patronized not only by our clients nationally, but by visitors from London, Canada, Australia and India. Our dishes are prepared with a host of select spices and condiments, blended in such a way as to render it characteristically Durban! We have received many, many accolades by food critics and have featured on TV, in local newspapers, in food magazines and even in in-flight magazines of two domestic airlines. Our patrons are treated to delectable dishes, from our range of western cuisine like our famous grilled prawns to eastern delights like our very special mutton curry. What makes us different? It’s the passion we put into our cooking and our constant search to produce the best taste possible for our patrons to enjoy.

On the drinks and beverages side, we have some very interesting stuff for the adventurous type: cocktails, mocktails, exotic coffees, and our self-styled Bombay crush!

The rare ambiance of Capscium, its huge chandeliers carefully positioned to enhance the surrounds of broad teak skirtings, a skillfully crafted wood and glass partition and polished porcelain floors, makes it an ideal place to enjoy a fabulous meal or an exotic coffee with yummy muffins!
